Delete Your Account

Warning: deleting your account is permanent. Your profile, coin balance, scores, ranks, contest history and purchases record are erased and cannot be restored.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Quizzy and go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and all data are erased immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@takiart.store from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Quizzy account". We process requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Profile: name, email/phone, avatar and login tokens.
Gameplay: answers, scores, ranks, battle and contest history.
Economy: coin balance, transactions, referral and reward records.

What is kept

Anonymized purchase receipts may be retained briefly for fraud prevention and tax records, as required by law. They can never be linked back to you once your profile is gone.
